i get dehydrated and feel drained after sport. can anyone suggest a good recipe to quinch my thirst and rehydrate me

juice of one lemon or lime
four teaspoons sugar
one teaspoon salt

4 cups water
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
1/2 packet Sugar-Free Kool-Aid (optional)
Mix all until dissolved.
Store in the refrigerator. Throw away any remaining after 1 week. You can also freeze some in ice cubes to use later, or keep drinks cold.

* 1/4 cup orange juice (not concentrate) or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 3-3/4 cups cold water
o 1. In the bottom of a pitcher, dissolve the sugar and salt in the hot water.
o 2. Add the juice and the remaining water; chill.
* Yield: 1 quart
