Piloted by Picard / Horsey, the EVO VIII is running complete Brian Crower bottom end (stroker) and happens to be the only non-Subaru rally car in the competition. This was the first day of practice and Picard stated he was taking it easy in the practice session, he is currently a 4 to 1 in the odds standing.
