I was wondering what the best type of beverage is when it comes to playing sports. I currently play tennis and although it may seem like just swinging the racket, the movement is rigorous and hitting the ball takes much more power than it looks. What is giving me the reason to ask about a beverage? Well, I often find myself getting exhausted in about 2 hours of play and I really want to boost my endurance as well as my power.
So far, I have a list and hopefully you can contribute to my list (with a reason why) and why it’s a healthy solution:
1) Glaceau Vitamin Water: Power or Endurance.
2) FRS Energy Solutions (Very expensive, unfortunately)
3) 5 Hour Energy Drinks
I am really looking for something that really has no caffeine or the most healthiest with maximum performance. If my list has some flaws, make sure to point it out. Also make sure you give me a product recommendation of your own! Thank you!
