Glaceau Smart Water, hands down. It is filtered water with added electrolytes to keep you energized. Low-cal sports drinks are also good (i.e. Gatorade G2, Powerade Zero) as these contain replenishing vitamins and salt -- both of which you lose as you sweat.

On a sidenote, DEFINITELY stay away from Vitamin Water. It's sweetened with crystalline fructose -- an ingredient that causes severe liver damage and that is derived from ARSENIC. It is extremely unhealthy and literally poison.

For food, look up the Abs Diet. These are 12 power foods that strengthen your muscles, burn fat and provide energy. Great stuff.
References :
http://www.thefitshack.com/2007/03/28/what-is-crystalline-fructose/

For energy..definately banannas.....
They supply a unique blend of vitamins, minerals, and carbohydrates that foster a quick and efficient conversion to useable fuel. Whether you need quick energy release or long lasting energy, bananas supply the fuel for the occasion.

(i have seen many sport players eating it in their breaks...exmple - nadal )

then some drinks you can try RED BULL.....it may also give you wingss...lol..but do not drink excessive amounts of it

oh and dont forget..WATER...saves you from dehydration
all the best for your match!!! XD
