I’m thinking of drinking energy drinks because after school i have band practice so we do drill and run and i get sleepy after school. so should i drink energy drinks like a monster or stick with sports drinks. also whats the effect of energy drinks? like after a few hours do you start to feel weak? and is sobe an energy drink because i have been drinking that a lot lately.

Energy drinks are really bad for you and your personal health.What type of Sobe are you drinking?Is it Sobe lifewater?If it is Sobe lifewater is extermally healthy for you.It contains Vitamins A,C,D and helps calm you down by using chamoline (a herb which herbs are good for you!Also,you may try eating lots of fruits and vegetables and occisanaly a desert to give you the extra kick and a little bit of sugar.Try at least,getting 8 good hours of sleep a night.So when you go to school you will be wide awake and be refreshed.Remember,also to eat breakfast to give you more brain power so when you leave to school eat a bananna and drink a glass of milk.Try to eat carrots to because they strengthen the eyes.You can also try Vitamin water too.I personally,would choose life water.By the time you do all that I listed you willl be full of energy and have energy to rock out during band practice.Hopefully,you take these thoughts in mind and hopefully use them to boost your energy!Good Luck,-da princess is herr
