I bought a NOS energy drink last night and kept it in the fridge. Today I just started my monthly….Is It safe to drink energy drinks while menstruatingg? It says Nothing about that on the bottle So I have No idea.
I’m 14 Btw.

It is actually best to stay away from energy drinks and alcohol during your period and especially during pregnancy. Also, you should keep caffeine to a limit during this time to a maximum of 2 cups of coffee a day (it doesn’t have to be coffee but it’s a measurement of how much caffeine is ok to intake)
Btw, it would never say something like that on a bottle maybe about “don’t take it during pregnancy” it might but for your period it would never say that on anything
