It’s not good for your heart, and you should probably cut back.

I personally, don’t recommend drinking them at all. but if you really like them i suggest only 1 a week. because energy drinks are the WORST thing you could put on your teeth.

Too much sugar and calories, just like most pop and sports drinks. It’s very unhealthy. There isn’t some big secret evil side effect that I could name for you, but IT IS bad for you. Most energy drinks have far more sugar then other sweetened drinks, along with the fact that in some cases people can develop a chemical need for the caffeine and energy increasing substances in the energy drink. It causes the typical high blood pressure, increased chances of diabetes and other heart and medical issues. It’s probably the worst choice of a weekly drink you could pick.
(I personally know someone who literally cannot walk unless he has an energy drink every few hours. His muscles have spasm and he gets intense migraines without the energy drinks.)

I drink about 1 Venom energy drink a week. But I am almost certain they won’t make a “Huge” difference in the future if you drink a small amount weekly. But what happens is it causes your heart to beat faster and in the future that may have at random times and it could become a problem. But I would say its ok to drink 1-2 a week.

NOS contains 343mg of caffeine. You can safely consume 350 to 400 mg of caffeine per day. Beyond that and consumption may interfere with growth/development. So you can safely consume 1 per day, assuming you aren’t also combining with other caffeine or stimulant based drinks.
That being said, any psycho-motor stimulant builds tolerance with prolonged use – in other words, over time you’ll require more of the chemical to achieve the same effect. So every few weeks you’ll want to make sure you take a week off.
Caffeine is also a diuretic. One day without consuming enough water will dehydrate you. Aim for at least 3-4 liters per day if you’re going to drink these on a regular basis.
Additionally, arrhythmia is a common side effect of excessive stimulant use, but it’s dependent on the person, medical history and other factors.
Either way, 3 times a week is safe, as long as you drink a lot of water, take a break from it occasionally, and don’t become habitually or chemically dependent on stimulants.
