Fuze is very healthy. It’s packed full of vitamins and minerals and certain flavors have L-Carnitine and Super Citrimax which aid in controlling appetite so you don’t over eat and also boost metabolism, and some flavors have electrolytes such as calcium and potassium. And the teas have enough antioxidants to equal two of your daily vegetable servings in one bottle.
There is no evidence to suggest that people with SVT should not drink it. Nevertheless, ask your doctor.
