You’d essentially be taking in stimulants and carbohydrates. That’s a bad idea right there. Furthermore, the acidic attack on your teeth would be tremendous. The effect of the stimulants on your metabolism would likely be quite bad as well.

No substitution for real vitamins and minerals that we get from real healthy foods. At least you are drinking the boost. Your kidneys and liver can only process so many vitamins before it becomes harmful to your body.

You are Very malnourished.
Where are uyou getting the important things yoru body needs such as:
Protien
Fiber
Nutrients from fruits and veggies (vitiamin water does Not count as it does not have a full range and you need variety)
Complex carbs
You need to eat FOOD, see you in the hospital soon, possibly even the ICU. And then there is the mental evaluation and treatment for your eating disorder.
