Completly agree with elliot about the time of the routine. The first thing is the rest between sets and the tempo of the exercices, making focus in the negative over the positive and don“t add a lot of weight to the exercice.

2 things elliot- one- i know that energy drinks like rockstar are sugar highs and suck- but how about PWOs like jack3d or white flood or anything like that that does not have sugar and are based on other chemicals like 1-3D and stuff.
two- i’ve heard about your diet (paleo diet) or that sort of diet- but wouldn’t you agree that getting an insulin spike post workout is good?
PS. if you dont like black coffee but want caffeine try NO-DOZ or any other caffeine pill.

@UpalKashey I’m always there giving it all I got. I just thought an hour or a little over was okay… I was wrong! I’ll condense my workouts and pick up the intensity though! Elliott always has great advice

@orochimaruisugly Yea these were the types of things I was wondering about 1-mr and jack3d. Elliott made a great point though, I’m just in the gym too long. They will keep me pumped for that 45min but by then I should be done. But thanks for seeing what I was asking him about. These supplements were what I wanted to know about when I posted the question

@catjumper I see your point, but something like Rockstar and Jack3d are not comparable.

can you help me with wrist conditioning.
when I bench/dumbell press, clean a barbell or barbell curl my wrist (around the thumb) feels uncomfortable! How can I make my wrists larger, stronger they feel like their going to snap. I also always wear wrist wrap/gloves. Have posted this comment on a few of your older videos dunno if you saw but would really appreciate help
Also about to setup some tyre, atlas ball and sled training in my backyard, your inspirational!

@orochimaruisugly So?
What he is saying is to keep unnecessary sugar and carbs out of your diet because you will crash if you don’t keep eating more sugar. He isn’t saying you aren’t allowed to drink PWO’s, he isn’t even saying that noone is allowed to eat sugar. He just explains that you may crash from energy drinks and stuff like that, and therefore you should skip them, ’cause you don’t need them. So even though the PWO’s don’t include sugar, it still doesn’t make his statements wrong.

Yo Elliot!
You were talking about him taking pre-workouts like “rockstar”. Those are not true pre-workouts.
I’m pretty sure you’ve heard of 1MR, Jack3d, etc. Those aren’t filled with sugars. They’re filled with stimulants, usually caffeine, and even 1-3 dimethethathalyne. The only time you would feel crappy is when you crash from you’re preworkout after the gym. But it doesn’t matter, because you were alert and pumped when you werre IN the gym.

You could also take caffeine pills instead of drinking coffee… btw I think he meant a preworkout as in c4 or jack3d not a monster or rockstar. Those have sucralose but no actual sugar so it may not be the sugar thats causing the loss in energy… just a thought.
