I don’t like to take Red Bull or Monster or the other types of energy drinks.Knowing that these energy drinks aren’t good for me, I would like to know if there are energy drinks that are actually good for us. Another question is what is a recipe for making our own energy drink? I am not a coffee drinker so I would prefer other options.Thanks for any suggestions.
