Formula One sues Speed Drinks for selling F1 energy drink
SINGAPORE – Formula One Licensing BV has accused Speed Drinks of passing off an energy drink it is selling in Singapore as a beverage licensed by it. According to a lawsuit filed in the Singapore High Court, it is asking for damages and for the drinks to be destroyed.
