I would say that coca-cola/gatorade would be a better alternative. For one thing, individuals with heart problems can actually have heart attacks from energy drinks. Secondly, they can stop people from sleeping and if taken on a regular basis they can damage health in the long run (although this is true for any unhealthy substances [i.e., french fries and pizza =P]) If you want to be sure, I would recommend just going for a coca-cola…
