Energy drinks are truly a health hazard. I got hooked on them in highschool. I thought hey i exercise i can use them. But no it does nothing for u it just makes u tired, slow, overweight, you burn out very fast. I eventually got to a point where i was drinking 5 in one sitting while hanging out with friends, even 1 drink alone is not? healthy .They can become like a drug, I have’nt had one in about 4 1/2 years. DO NOT CONSUME ENERGY DRINKS.
