Drink That Sickened 9 College Students Already Banned In Some Places The popularity of the alcohol energy drinks that knocked out nine Central Washington University students was a surprise to many adults, police say it’s been making drunks more dangerous for awhile now. Some cities have even banned the sale of certain types of these drinks in areas where alcohol abuse has been an ongoing problem.
