I drink energy drinks alot before i do something active. things like monster and rip it. I heard about this new drink called bawls and I wonder is it good for physical activity?

Sure, some of them, like Gatorade and Powerade, have electrolytes to prevent dehydration, but you don’t really need it unless you had really sweat A LOT.
I suggest eating a banana (which has potassium, an electrolyte) before physical activity and drinking plain water.
