I go there, and try paying for a Bawls Energy Drink. The man says I have to be older, but there is NO written law for it. Would it be considered illegal for them to not sell it to me, and it’s considered age discrimination?
I checked the bottle, and it doesn’t say anything related to having to be over 18 years of age.

not illegal & not illegal age discrimination. people are trying to pass laws to only sell to those over 18, I don’t know if any have passed. But even if there are no laws the store can limit what they sell to whom.

Sometimes there is a written warning saying cannot be sold to anyone under 18 and the store could get in trouble for selling it to you. No it’s not discrimination it is for your own good.

No, it’s not illegal. Basically, they can refuse service to whoever they want for whatever reason they want, so long as they don’t break anti discrimination laws (They can’t refuse you service on grounds or race, sexuality, religion etc, but they can on grounds of age).

nope not illegal some states and product have restrictions on what can be sold to minor just like certain suppliments. A business owner can refuse to sell anything to you. at 15 you shouldn’t be drinking that junk anyway, eat an apple
